Touring Spain and Portugal by the Caravan and Motorhome Club details 423 campsites ranging from large, well-known chains, like Camping Orbitur in Portugal including the Algarve and popular Spanish holiday parks to smaller camping sites along the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts.

The Caravan Club Touring campsite guides are not part of an inspected program, but are submitted by users and entries - including price information - can be up to 6 years old (2015). Having said that, who would recommend a rubbish campsite? Because the sites are submitted by campers, you can trust that the campsites included are among the most popular campsites in Spain and Portugal.

Most of the 352 Spanish campsites detailed are located along the Mediterranean coast including popular towns along the Costa Brava and Costa del Sol coasts. There  are plenty of motorhome campsites in the Algarve and you can camp and surf all along the west coast of Portugal In total there are 71 Portuguese campsite reviews. The majority of caravan parks are open all year campsites in Spain and Portugal catering for winter sun holidays. There are also a number of naturist campsites listed within the guide.

How do you find the best places to camp in Spain and Portugal with a tent, caravan or motorhome
