Do you have any ebooks or GPS POI downloads?

None of our books are available in ebook format, however we are exploring our options. None of our Vicarious guides have GPS POI downloads available.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Stock items are normally posted the same day up to 2.30pm or on the next working day. See our Delivery Terms for delivery estimates. Pre-ordered items are dispatched as soon as they come into stock. Arrival dates are estimates; we are reliant on other companies for delivery and delays can occur.

The address I want to send the book to is different than the address my card is registered to, is this ok?

We are happy to send your goods to any address you provide, but if you choose a delivery address other than your registered card/home address and the goods are not received, we will not issue a refund, provide any compensation, or resend the goods without further payment. Please see our Delivery Terms for more information.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We are happy to ship to a number of countries outside the UK. You will be given shipping options at checkout and will be charged according to the delivery method you select. Orders will not be processed if the shipping cost has been incorrectly selected. We regret that we do not post to the US due to ongoing customs issues.

Do I need to pay for delivery?

We will post your books out Royal Mail Second Class for free unless otherwise stated. If you require them to be sent first class or using an expedited service, you can select this at checkout and the relevant fee will be added to your order total. All non UK deliveries are chargeable and you will be given shipping options and costs at checkout.

My card transaction isn't going through?
