If you want to travel out of season , then it is well worth getting an ACSI Camping Card. Not much use in the UK but invaluable in Europe and we have saved a lot over the years. Tends to guarantee a certain standard of campsite as well.

Acsi is always great value.

I wouldn’t go into Europe without my ACSI books and card. If you need to pack one thing it’s this. It helps you to save money and opens up a whole new network of stopovers from the smallest to the largest destinations.

The books are fine. I have used them for the last few years. I like the map. Royal mail let you down. 48 hour tracked took four working days. Posted on monday and arrived on friday. Also the cardboard envelope was split open, I was lucky that the contents were not lost.

This about the 8th books I brought) Vicarious, The books have always arrived and said date I was given, the books them selves at great, they have all the information that I need to choose a campsite site in the areas I am travelling to.
