This Europe Road Atlas by Michelin. The scale is typically 1:1,000,000, throughout mainland Europe making it great map for route planning and to log driving distances; overview maps at the front enhance this further. A4 atlases are the perfect size and this spiralbound road atlas folds back on itself for ease of use.
There are 78 city plans to help you find your way around the large cities and best tourist towns. The index of town names has a clever way of highlighting the appropriate letter for speed of use. See the image. A driving time and distance chart has 70 key cities and is located at the rear.
The atlas legend key is in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Dutch.
Why choose Michelin Mapping
Michelin mapping is great because it provides detailed information without cluttering the pages which allows you to make an informed choice while navigating your route. It has essential information such as width and height restrictions and other road safety information.
Can't decide which atlas to get?
Read our blog post on Finding your way with maps where Meli explains which factors are most important when selecting a road atlas.
Stopping en route in France?
Motorhomers, be sure to also buy All the Aires France to find great Aires to stay at along the way!

Very fast service. Received within a few days of ordering
Bought this to replace our previous Michelin France aires and campsite tourism version which was progressively having pages part from the metal ring binder. Will miss the the extra info but the plastic coated ring binder and laminated pages are much more robust and should hold it together much better.
Best one for touring France
Excellent, easy to read and use.
For years we have used Michelin regional folding maps but are now a convert to these ring bound atlases. Much easier to use on the move and no more swapping from one map to another. Same detail and similar scale to the orange folding maps too. Great value for anyone touring, or travelling through France.
Great easy to use map in a handy travel size.
Fast dispatch and delivery.
